Greater Than One is a learning, leadership, and organizational development practice led by Jose Sierra. The work sits at the intersection of facilitation, learning design, team effectiveness, technology, and practical organizational problem-solving.
Some engagements are led directly by Jose. Others are supported by trusted collaborators with experience in facilitation, instructional design, analytics, technology, and organizational development. The model is intentionally flexible: bring the right people to the work instead of forcing every client problem through the same narrow solution.
That means GTO can support individual workshops, cohort-based programs, team offsites, curriculum projects, measurement work, and broader initiatives that need a thoughtful mix of people, process, and practical design.
How We Think
Our work is guided by a few simple principles.

Organizations are messy because people are messy, incentives are messy, and calendars are apparently where optimism goes to die. Good design accounts for that reality.

The Principal
Jose Sierra
Jose brings two decades of experience in learning and development, facilitation, experiential learning, technology, analytics, and organizational problem-solving. His work has included leadership development, team-building, curriculum design, virtual facilitation, technical training, sales enablement, learning systems, and data-informed performance support.
Greater Than One is the forward-facing vessel for this work, a place for Jose and his teammates to stretch, flex, and offer their services, together. As it should be. Anybody on the GTO team is going to be highly-trained, highly-capable, and at the tip of the industry spear. Greater Than One; it's right there in the name. But don't worry, Jose also remains available for select individual consulting, facilitation, speaking, and project-based engagements.
